What this calculator does
Enter an IQ value from a standardized test and the chart converts it to an approximate percentile using a normal distribution with mean 100 and standard deviation 15. For example, 115 is around the 84th percentile and 130 around the 98th. A percentile tells you roughly what share of a reference group scored below a value; it is not a percentage of questions answered correctly.
What it does not do
Typing a number here cannot measure intelligence. The real accuracy of any percentile depends on the test's norms, age group, reliability and the conditions in which it was taken. IQMaxxing offers a recreational estimate, not a professionally administered score. Treat close percentiles as approximate rather than precise rankings.
